Introduction...

Hello, everybody. I'm afraid I have nothing to share at the moment, but I thought I would just post an introduction so that when I do put some of my writing up here, nobody will wonder who I am.

Online I go by many names. I've never really found a name that sticks. Alastar is an okay one to call me, since it is my LJ username, and I go by "crow nocturne" on AIM. For a long time I used the name Shadowcrow, but I don't do that anymore, considering how... cliche that name must sound. However, it was my first online handle, and since I created it when I was about 12 or 13 years old, I thought I was being really cool and original. *shrug*

Anyway. I am sixteen years old. I hope nobody judges me by my age, because I don't consider myself to be immature. I am biologically female, but you can call me "he", because I am really a boy. I am also a crow, and some type of large canine, most likely. Crow has been with me all my life, but the canine is a recent development. I'm sure I will make numerous entries about it. Stay tuned.

I've known of the online therian community for about three or four years, but I have only become active in forums and such in the past couple of months. I am starting to tire of forums, however, because I find them to be very repetitive, and lacking insightful conversation, and so I turn to Livejournal in hopes of finding good things to read, written by intelligent people. Intelligent people are my favorite.

The end. If anybody has any questions, or feels that I have not explained something to their liking, please ask questions. I'm not exactly sure what passes for an introduction and what doesn't, so if there's something I should have mentioned, please bring it up, and I will be happy to talk about it... for long periods of time... I'm rather long-winded.
