Thank you for posting this here, it was an good read. Also interesting for me to read other people about the concept of liminality, since I didn't know anyone else (other than myself) who would mention the word regarding animality, gender and the like, in animal writings. This is a very important component of my identity (you probably already know this if you've read my essays from 2007).
